Bill is a photographer and educator based in the North West of England. He has been interested in photography since his teens, and moved to digital capture in 2003. Film still has a part in his work, and Bill has recently discovered the joys of Lomo photography, using specifically the Holga and Super Sampler cameras.

"People, myself included, get bogged down in trying to use the latest bit of kit. Dipping in and out of film-based photography has taught me to slow down, and think more about the image I am trying to capture. It’s about trying not to be too serious about what you’re doing, enjoy photography however you wish to capture an image. I’d heartily recommend it to anyone.”

Bill is the only person he knows without a MySpace or FaceBook page, and is fighting hard to keep it that way.
